As the Mayor of West Cape May, I have had the privilege of serving a community that values inclusion, fairness, and genuine public service. Over the years, I have worked to make our borough more affordable, sustainable, and welcoming, bringing Habitat for Humanity to our town and championing pro-labor policies. I have seen firsthand how leadership grounded in advocacy can transform lives, and I believe we need that same spirit representing South Jersey in Congress.

That is why I am endorsing Tim Alexander for the U.S. House of Representatives. Tim’s professional journey mirrors a deep commitment to justice and accountability. He served as a Detective Captain at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, went on to prosecute major trials in Philadelphia, and worked in the city’s Civil Rights Unit. He now serves as a civil litigation attorney with PRB Attorneys at Law, LLC. These roles demonstrate his dedication to protecting communities and upholding the law.

Tim isn’t just seasoned, he’s principled. He has promised not to take corporate PAC money and is fighting for voting rights protections, civil rights, women’s rights, LGBTQ+ equality, and environmental stewardship. His campaign focuses on expanding infrastructure, reforming the criminal justice system, and ensuring that government works for everyone, not just the well-connected. His platform reflects the same values I have pursued as mayor: affordable housing, sustainable economic growth, and a community where every family can thrive.

When I look at Tim’s decades-long career as a law enforcement officer, prosecutor, civil rights attorney, and community activist, I see someone who has not only confronted broken systems but has also succeeded in changing them. He has spent his career dismantling barriers that keep people locked out of opportunity and has consistently stood up for racial justice and economic equity. These are the qualities we need in Washington.

South Jersey deserves a representative who will listen to our voices, fight for working families, and deliver real solutions. Tim Alexander has the experience, the courage, and the vision to do just that.
